We formed Broadleaf Carpentry after meeting and realising we had a shared passion for fine woodwork. We have two workshops in North Wales: one focuses on manufacturing and the other on assembly and finishing. This provides us with the very best work environments to achieve the highest standards.
Joe comes from an Arts based background; he studied product design at Sheffield University and then completed an apprenticeship with a cabinet maker, whom he worked with for several years before setting up on his own in and around Sheffield. Bill studied Physics at the University of Manchester before deciding to use his understanding of how things work and problem solving skills in the field of carpentry. He completed his carpentry training in North Wales and worked alongside a local cabinet maker, before deciding to set up his own workshop.
We take projects from ideas to reality, creating quality custom carpentry. Our workshops are set up to produce traditional and contemporary pieces using solid wood and veneered materials. We also offer spray finishes that allow us to offer a vast choice of colours and textures. We are happy to work on any project large or small, ranging from kitchens, bathrooms and fine furniture, right through to staircases and doors that can be fitted bespoke to your needs.
After the initial meeting with a customer, we will produce a first draft of drawings and an estimate of cost. Once the design is agreed we will book the job into our workshop schedule and provide a completion date. We pride ourselves on our professional approach and provide a reliable timetabled service. We will always treat you and your home with respect and leave our workspaces tidy at the end of each day.
Guarantees on works undertaken vary depending on materials used, but feel assured that we make it our priority to see each customer satisfied, as we build our reputation on your experience.
Although we are based in North Wales we value all enquires and are happy to travel for commissions from around the UK.
